The Vine

THE VINE

John 15:5 (KJV)
“I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”

The vine reaches down gently toward the outstretched hand, its shadows falling along the wrist like veins.  So it is with Christ: abiding in Him allows His grace and strength to flow through us, the lifeblood of all true and lasting fruit.
